About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Healthcare Business Analyst / Implementation Expert to lead end-to-end ERP implementations in healthcare facilities. This role involves business requirements gathering, healthcare workflow analysis, solution design, ERPNext configuration, and user training, ensuring successful digital transformation for hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare groups.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Engage with stakeholders (clinical, administrative, finance) to gather and analyze healthcare business requirements
• Map healthcare workflows (OPD, IPD, Labs, Pharmacy, EMR, Billing, Insurance, etc.) to ERPNext modules
• Prepare functional requirement documents, process flow charts, and gap analyses
• Recommend best-practice solutions aligned with healthcare standards and ERPNext capabilities

ERPNext Implementation

• Configure and customize ERPNext Healthcare, HR, Accounting, and Inventory modules
• Support data migration (patients, doctors, items, pricing, charts of accounts, etc.)
• Coordinate with technical development teams for custom apps, scripts, and integrations
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and Go-Live activities
• Monitor system adoption and lead process optimization post-go-live

Training & Support

• Provide functional training to medical, administrative, and financial users
• Create user manuals and SOPs
