Tacten is building next-generation Open Source digital health products on top of the Frappe and ERPNext ecosystem. Our flagship healthcare product, Biograph, is an open-source hospital information system powering clinics and hospitals globally. As we scale usage and community adoption, we are looking for a founding-level Lead Engineer to take full technical ownership of our healthcare stack and accelerate product innovation.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead Engineer – Frappe Stack (Healthcare) who will own the end-to-end architecture, development, and evolution of our healthcare products. This is a hands-on tech leadership role responsible for:

• Leading development of core healthcare modules on Frappe
• Building headless, frontend view apps on top of Frappe APIs
• Driving product delivery, backlogs, and technical roadmaps
• Acting as a founding engineer for healthcare product innovation
• Enabling sales, pre-sales, references, and customer adoption
• Driving open-source community engagement and contribution

This role blends technical leadership, product engineering, AI-native development, and customer interaction.
